I’m a therapist, artist, avid reader & gamer, singer, animal lover and wife. I'm a deeply curious person who believes we are all ultimately seeking being accepted and understood. My hope is that I've created a space where women can set down the roles they've played and loosen the masks they've worn to survive.​

I've always been fascinated by stories: the ones written, the ones expressed through art and music, and the ones people quietly carry within. I grew up surrounded by creativity and music with parents who are both composers. Today my office is located inside a family owned music recording studio where I see clients both in-person and virtually, and where I also spend my timing making art. ​
