Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or HSA card through the virtual EMR platform Simple Practice. This is where you will access and sign paperwork, as well as engage in virtual sessions.

All fees are due in full on the date of service.  I am "out of network" with all insurance plans, but I do 

offer a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement.

Please be advised that working with insurance providers can lead to a non-clinical third party to dictate the duration and type of treatment you need in order for reimbursement. In most cases, insurance providers also require a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement which we would be required to submit and may have consequence as it stays on your medical records. Working without insurance ensures greater privacy and provides you with more decision over your own treatment. For more information on this topic, follow this link. 

 

In the event that you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.  If advance notice is not received, you will be financially responsible for the full payment of the session you missed.

I offer a limited number of reduced fee openings for low income clients or those with demonstrated financial need, The sliding scale is offered based on evidence of need and availability at the time of inquiry.
